1.Haloong will provide agents the necessary publicity material, technical data, offers to customers, prices and its modifications. Haloong’s engineers and sales executives will assist in sales activities in the represented territory by periodic supporting visits for customer meets and sales promotion in exhibitions and seminars.
2.Haloong shall arrange to train agents technicians on installation, start up and maintenance of their equipment and to provide the handbooks containing technical references, schemes for maintaining and operating the machinery.
3.During the guarantee period Haloong is committed to provide for replacement any parts of the delivered equipment.
Agent’s power and responsibility
1.Agent will continuously carry out promotional and marketing activity such as participation in exhibitions, direct mailing of literature, customer visits / meetings, inclusion of Haloong products.
2.Agent is permitted the use of Haloong logo, address, project reference list etc. for promotional activities but shall not use the same for its own business activities.
3.Agent will report to Haloong the progress of sale and the projects undertaken including the assembly of the sold and installed equipment.
4.Agent will provide technical assistance to Haloong deputed engineers during start up and will arrange training for his own technicians at Haloong facilities for after sales maintenance and repair.
