1. Transformation plan

Electrical system upgrade: the motor, electric cabinet and operator handle of the original friction brick press are removed and replaced by a servo motor drive system. The new drive system has strong overload and anti-biased load capabilities, a wide speed range, excellent acceleration and deceleration performance, and can respond quickly and frequently start braking and forward and reverse switching. In addition, for the safety of the operator, a human-machine dialogue interface control cabinet, a centralized button station and a safety grating have been added.
